With WCC reopening for Credit courses January 22nd we cannot use the mat room until the Non-Credit Classes begin. The current WCC catalog shows that the first class is Saturday the 26th. We will keep you posted should that change.
As of today Sunday January 20th 12 to 2pm will be our last class for the Mat Challenge – We hope you can attend. If you have not paid for your classes, please do so by Sunday.

An art of self-defense utilizing strikes, arm
locks, wrist locks and off-balancing techniques
to control or defeat an opponent. Aikido
techniques have a direct application in police
work and personal self-defense methods.
