About Judo

Judo was founded in Japan in 1882 by Professor Jigoro Kano. Over the last 125+ years Judo has blossomed into one of the most popular martial arts in the world. Competitive Judo has also grown to become one of the most popular sports in the world, and has been an Olympic event since 1964 for men, and 1992 for women.

Practicing Judo will help you strengthen both your body and mind by learning its various techniques - including Throws, pins, chokes, and armlocks.

About Tomiki-Ryu Aikido

Tomiki-Ryu Aikido teaches basic movement, balance-breaking, and joint-locking techniques that can be used in both offensive and defensive situations. Aikido offers excellent self-defense training as well as increased physical fitness. It is the harmonius interaction between the mind, body and spirit.
