Classes start at WCC on Monday – WE NEED YOU TO REGISTER
The Gym is open at Westchester Community College and the only thing needed is your registration for classes.
Monday class is particularly wanting – we need at least 3 more participants.
The easiest way to register for class is phone or fax. The online is a bit awkward to use.

Judo for Adults
Learn Judo from Sensei Watanabe, an 8th degree Black Belt.

An art of self-defense utilizing strikes, arm locks, wrist locks and off-balancing techniques
